Alert - REF39 - what does this mean?

This alert is letting you know that your employee record in Ardex Premier is not linked to your mobile app login. You can continue to work but may not see the data and features you are expecting, or have access to business ledgers that you want to use.

To resolve this, please contact Ardex Support at support@ardex.com.au, and advise them that you have the REF39 Alert appearing. They will need to know the Premier database you are accessing, your user name in the mobile app and the name entered into Premier for your employee record (an administrator can advise you of this). Ardex Support can then link the two together.
