Understand the difference between work to be done and a reminder to do work
Reminders and work items are set on a horse under work profiles e.g Repro, Farrier which are found under Work on the home page.
The reminders and work items can be seen on the work profile horse list.
A reminder is used to indicate the horse needs to be seen to have work performed and will have a small clock next to the reminder name.
A work item is added to a horse so work can be performed and will not have the small clock. There may be a small chain symbol which will indicate that there is a linked procedure so the work can be charged to the owner.
